Teton Village at a Glance
Located just 12 miles northwest of Jackson,
Teton Village is an energetic region of Wyoming,
offering an abundance of outdoor activities, attractions and luxurious mountain
accommodations. Teton Village is home to Jackson
Hole Mountain Resort, one of the most popular ski resorts in the western
side of the United States.
Summer activities also abound at the resort, including hiking, paragliding and
mountain biking. A popular attraction is the Jackson
Hole Aerial Tram, which offers stunning views from atop Rendezvous Mountain.
Many outdoor enthusiasts ride the tram up the mountain and bike down on the
mountain's established trail system. Every July and August, Teton Village is
alive with the sound of music during the Grand
Teton Music Festival, where chamber and classical concerts are showcased
Tuesday through Saturday. At the end of the day, visitors retire to one of the
luxury lodgings available in the village, ranging from exceptional vacation
home rentals to cozy hotels.
